I am having a similar streaming problem. They updated their platform around the start of the playoffs and in spite of removing and reloading the channel multiple times and contacting the Game pass support people we have been unable to stream games. We just get three dots like it is buffering for a long time before we give up and exit the channel. We have also rebooted our Roku multiple times. Just thought I would pitch in my two cents in case anyone has figured out how to fix this. Thank you.
Have you tried reinstalling the channel? 1. Highlight the channel on the home screen. 2. Press * and remove the channel. 3. Restart you Roku (IMPORTANT, don't skip this step.) 4. Re-install the channel.
