Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
Already had a NFL Game Pass Subscription prior to purchasing my Roku TV. Could not figure out how to access it through Roku. Went to NFL access but did not see any way to log into my game pass account.
I am having a similar streaming problem. They updated their platform around the start of the playoffs and in spite of removing and reloading the channel multiple times and contacting the Game pass support people we have been unable to stream games. We just get three dots like it is buffering for a long time before we give up and exit the channel. We have also rebooted our Roku multiple times. Just thought I would pitch in my two cents in case anyone has figured out how to fix this. Thank you.
Have you tried reinstalling the channel? 1. Highlight the channel on the home screen. 2. Press * and remove the channel. 3. Restart you Roku (IMPORTANT, don't skip this step.) 4. Re-install the channel.

Using Game Pass on Roku is not obvious ... you want the NFL app. They used to have a dedicated app, and it was much better, but this is what they support now, and it has issues. Then in the settings for it, you can link it to your game pass login.
You have to select "Games" to see this weeks game listing, otherwise it is highlight clips, and mostly a big spoiler show. I lived out of market for my team and could avoid spoilers, until they moved Game Pass into the awful NFL app, that is basically a highlight previewer.
Then get ready for the other big disappointment, Roku is the last platform they support for removing commercials and condensed games. I frequently find if a game is done at 3:15pm, if will be 6pm before the commercials are gone, and nearly 8 for condensed games.
The NFL app always autoplays video when it loads ( usually NFL Network ), so if you want to avoid spoilers, make sure you mute the audio, and there is an option to hide the scores on the game listings.
OK, so if they do still support Roku how come after activating my TV I am still getting locked games? I went to NFL.com/activate/ROKU and there was a code that I put in and it said that my device was activated, then when I tried to watch a replay the games were locked and it said I had to sign in which I was already signed in. Can you provide me with some of these articles and how do I contact Game Pass customer support?
I am having the exact issue.. I am a paid subscriber.. I get logged in everything is fine.. When I go to watch a game I get kicked out and asked to sign in.. Even that page shows I am logged in already and have game pass access until Aug 2021.
Their service is really broken.. I cannot watch on ANY mobile device.. Android, Chromebook, Firetv, ROKU... None of the devices work... I can only watch on a PC.
Its shocking how poor their support is.. All you can do is go to gamepass.nfl.com, click 'contact us' at the bottom, click 'submit a request' at the top and open a support ticket. Dont get your hopes up on a quick fix.. Their support stinks. I have opened tickets, details, included screenshots..
You will likely get this response -
Thank you for contacting NFL Digital Care.
We are sorry to hear that you may be experiencing issues with the NFL application. Please try:
Delete the NFL application from your device.
Completely power down your device and reboot
Reinstall the NFL application
One response I had actually admitted they were aware of an app access issue.. but mostly I get instructions to delete and re-add the channel..
