NBC Sports app

On our Rokus (Premiere and Express) when we try to load the NBC Sports app we get an error message telling us it can't load the config file. We've deleted the app and reloaded it. Signed in with the appropriate TV provider but still we get this message. Is this affecting others? Does anyone have a clue how to resolve the issue? Thanks!

Thanks for the post.

Please make sure when removing a channel, that you restarted the device before adding it back again. Does this resolve the issue you are experiencing?

I am getting a a similar issue  “There was an error loading thconfig.”  Then there is a button for Retry but it gives the same error.

It only started happening the last couple of weeks.  I have done a suggested measures and even a factory reset and the same issue still occurs.  I have 5 Rokus and this issue occurs on 3 of them.
