NBC Sound & Error Messages

NBC local channel sound is almost completely inaudible. I have to turn up volume to 70 to 80 to hear it. Anyone else have this problem? It's been going on a while. Also, MSNBC and NBC have error messages a lot. I'm fed up.

You didnt mention your Roku model # and firmware version: Settings/System/About

Its also not clear if you have a Roku TV and are referring to an OTA channel, or using the NBC app.

1)  Try restarting:

     Roku player:  Settings/System/System restart/Restart - try again

     Roku TV: Settings/System/Power/System restart/Restart  - try again

2)  Reinstall the app: 

     A) Remove app

     B) RESTART ROKU: Settings/System/System restart/Restart  <- MUST do this!

     C) Add app again - try again

We have the same issue with NBC.  Are device is a Roku 3900x. Express.  I do not see a system tab under setup, to be able to reset.
