NBC App Doesn't Activate

The "live" option on the Roku NBC App doesn't ever activate with my Directv subscription.

I have turned off my VPN, tried to activate on different browsers, cleared my cache, disabled pop-up blockers, and confirmed that my Directv login info is correct. But the NBC App never authenticates.

How can I get the live feature of the NBC App to work?

Are you in an area supported by Roku? Remember, Roku isn't supported everywhere.

Are you in an area supported by NBC? 

Are you in an area supported by NBC on Roku? (Yes, there is a difference in all of these things.)

After turning off all the stuff, did you remove the NBC app, and all NBC-related apps (USA, SyFy, etc), reboot the Roku, then reinstall the NBC app?

If you are still unable to resolve the issue after following the steps outlined by @DBDukes, you'll want to contact NBC support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
