I know the NBA Roku app is seemingly plagued with bugs, but here's a new one: the entire app crashes after about 10-15 seconds of play of something from the NBA TV page, such as one of the classic games. I've tried restarting, reinstalling, etc.. Anyone else having this issue, have a solution? Roku support not much help on functionality issues like this in the past.
If removing the app, then restarting your device before adding the channel back isn't resolving your issue, we would we'd recommend reaching out to NBA support directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the NBA channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
NBA been shut down for almost two weeks now. Dying for some hoops. I come to the realization that I can access all nba finals 2000-2019 in the nba app. **bleep** yeah let’s do this. Cue up 2016 finals game 5. Every 90 seconds, the app crashes. This **bleep** is just cruel.
