I have an active subscription to NBA League Pass and a ROKU device. I have downloaded the NBA app on the ROKU device, set up my account and my account is recognised. Initially I could view games with no problem but that stopped and it will not allow me to view any games either live or recorded. The message I receive is similar to "This is not included in your subscription". I have reinstalled both the ROKU device and the NBA app but no difference. My NBA league pass is recognised on all other devices and I have access to all games. Any ideas? Many thanks
I had this same issue. I registered for NBA League Pass on my iPhone and was able to watch games on iOS but not ROKU.
I used my PC to login to NBA League Pass at http://www.nba.com/leaguepass and started watching a game through the browser. Once I did that I got an e-mail saying my pass was ready to use (even though I had been using it on my iPhone for a few days). I tried ROKU again and IT WORKED! Looks like you need to login to http://www.nba.com/leaguepass and get a game working on that, once you do ROKU should also start working.
