NASA Channel Black Screen

Right now I'm trying to watch the splashdown of the Dragon in the Gulf. Using the streaming stick+ model 3810. The channel has been updated. When I click it the NASA logo briefly appears and then nothing but a black screen and no sound. Not having this issue with any other channel. I'm able to see the video on my laptop on NASA's website.

The screen just went from black to the Roku screensaver. Anyone having this issue and any ideas?

I just uninstalled and reinstalled it and it's working now.

This has been an ongoing issue for about 5 months. It started to work again last week. I watched the splashdown yesterday. Today the channel is down again. It's so  frustrating. Roku help is useless. They don't even respond.
