Excellent idea and makes sense. Tried it. No change. Seems to be a problem with OutsideTV itself. The constant crashing is aggravating. It also takes a long time to load. Is there any way to contact the channel and see if they can better optimize their streaming? I love the channel. When I have ten minutes, I turn it on. When it crashes, I know my time is up!
Hi @Jibba
Thanks for the post.
Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves. Since the issue was not resolved by performing the troubleshooting steps above, we indeed recommend reaching out to the channel's customer support team to report the issue and get help. There might be a problem within that specific app that needs to be addressed with an update from them.
