My system won't update, i press update it finishes the update and restarts but then when i go back to settings nothing updated. Also my channels are not loading and i already tried deleting channels and deleting, restarting, and then redownloading and nothing is working. Anyone know how to help?
What model device are you using? What is the software version that you are currently running? This can be found in Settings > System > About. Please be aware when manually checking for updates, if there is new software available or there are updates for your channels, then your Roku device will download and install them automatically and once completed, your Roku device will reboot.
Can you please be more specific regarding which channels that are not loading? If removing the channel, restarting your device and adding the channel back again remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to the channel provider directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.
