I have the same problem, specifically with NHL and Weather Nation. I add them, and they're gone the next day. I have an old Roku streaming stick, but it's hard to believe old hardware is causing the disappearance of channels. I've tested it with other channels (e.g. MLB), and they also disappear. No problem with Disney+ or Netflix. Maybe because I'm paying for them?
I have an old Roku 3500x streaming stick. I tried a system restart, which did nothing. I tried a factory restart and discovered I need a Roku remote to accomplish it. I have been using the Roku app on an iPhone for years because the actual Roku remote died. Everything I researched says I need an actual remote to do a factory reset. If you can relieve the disappearing channels via a factory reset, sing out. But because that's apparently not an option for me, I bit the bullet and put out the money for a new Streaming Stick +. I initialized it and added NHL, MLB, and WeatherNation yesterday. They're still there today - a good sign - so it looks like money well-spent so far. I'll report back later in the week.
