My Roku streaming Stick + suddenly stop playing any of my channels

Suddenly my Roku wont play any of channels

I have

* restarted

* reinstalled it

* tested my Network (Excellent)

However after resetting my roku back to factory setting. Now when it try to add channels I get and error message saying "channel install Failed"  Every channel I search for I get the same message

So any suggestions would be appreciated or is this device broken.  If yes wow it lasted 3 months

Try restarting your network equipment (gateway/modem/router) even if everything else is working.  You can also try connecting to your phone's hotspot, if possible, to see if you can install channels.
