I have 3 Roku devices in my house. This month they have started dropping apps of the Roku, specifically YouTubeTv and HBOGO. Is there a remedy to this issue?
What model Roku's (model numbers on bottom of device)? Some older models are losing support from some channels.
Also, if you delete an app on one Roku, it will usually delete from all the others if they are using the same linked account.
You may want to consider changing the password for your Roku account if none of the above seems to apply. If you paid an 'activation' fee to set up any Roku and gave your account details, the scammers may be messing with your account.
I am a different user but have the same problem. I have Roku Streaming Sticks+ on five different TVs for several years and always download the PBS TV app on each. In the past year or so. If I happen not to use the PBS app for perhaps a month on a given TV, Roku deletes it from that Streaming Stick+ and I have to reinstall it. This does not happen to other apps I have downloaded, for instance Amazon Prime Video. Would appreciate knowing if anyone has a clue about this.
