My Fox app believes I am in LA but I am streaming from Florida. Any idea how to fix?

I haven't tried that particular channel. But those channels/apps that are location sensitive usually get the location from one of two methods. There's either a setting somewhere within the channel itself (or possibly a user account that can be accessed on a web site), or it's using your public IP address to get a general idea of your location. There are two possible issues with the latter. Sometimes your ISP uses a central Internet access point that isn't located within your immediate area. My work Internet is like that, as we use a gateway located in Oklahoma City for the entire country. So I get suggested ads on web site that are all OKC based, instead of my location in Seattle. 

The other issue is if you're using a VPN on your network. This hides your location, which is one of the primary goals of a VPN. But it also can mess with channels/apps that use your IP address for reasons such as this. Beyond that, VPN discussion is not permitted here, so can't go into further detail.

My Fox app believes I am in a wrong location as well.  Would very much like a fix for this issue!!

You need to contact Fox, as Roku is not responsible for the channel. See my comments above about why it might be happening as well.
