My Amazon Prime membership is not registering on my Roku Ultra.
I am new to Roku & just purchased the Roku Ultra (2019.) I have an existing Amazon prime membership. When I try to access Prime Video, it says to login with my Prime info or create an account. I have done it several times with the clicker on the tv screen.
It tells me it is having trouble completing my registration & to do it via my amazon account on the computer/device. I have done that twice. And the Roku device is still not recognizing my membership even though Amazon has registered my Roku device twice, (so I had to delete the duplication.) I was able to register my Netflix membership without any problem. Any suggestions?
