My Amazon Prime membership is not registering on my Roku Ultra.

I am new to Roku & just purchased the Roku Ultra (2019.) I have an existing Amazon prime membership. When I try to access Prime Video, it says to login with my Prime info or create an account. I have done it several times with the clicker on the tv screen.

It tells me it is having trouble completing my registration & to do it via my amazon account on the computer/device. I have done that twice. And the Roku device is still not recognizing my membership even though Amazon has registered my Roku device twice, (so I had to delete the duplication.)  I was able to register my Netflix membership without any problem. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue ! when you find out or vice-versa please let me know and I will do the same.

For more information about that channel's features, functionality, and authentication you'll want to contact Amazon support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
