I have a Mubi subscription and Roku Premiere +.  When I use the remote to try to set subtitles to "always on", I get no English (or any) subtitles.  What's wrong?  Is it operator error or a Roku or Mubi issue?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Mubi support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
