Anyone else having continuous issues with the Motortrend channel? The thing is GARBAGE! I've contacted tech support at Motortrend over & over and its never worked right. The thing crashes 3 or 4 times in the course of a 30 minute video. Seriously considering canceling at this point!
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
Hi Danny, Thanks for the reply! Yes I've tried that more than once along with clearing the cache as Motortrend recommended and still no joy. All the other Roku channels function great. Being a Roku user for a LONG time this is very disappointing as Motortrend should be able to get their act together on this especially it being a subscription channel.
I haven't used it in awhile, but I didn't have issues with it crashing. On my Roku 4, it will get very slow and sluggish and eventually be unresponsive after playing a video or two. Going back to the Roku home screen and then reopening MT would work fine for another video or two.
I have the Roku Ultra and mine crashes every time. Sent several emails to Motortrend tv and they continue to give me the same answer every time about clearing cache and restarting. This needs to get fixed..
