I have a brand new Roku Express 4K+ and a Roku TV (TCL 32S305). I have not been able to access any of the channels I want (HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, and SLING Tv), even after doing soft reset, factory reset, and trying all the other suggestions found online. When I search for the channels, they don't even show up in the search bar. I have tried searching for these channels on the tv itself, on my online Roku account, and on my iPhone Roku app and they simply are not showing up so there is no possibility to even download the channels. I see that there have been issues with the software 10.5 app for some users and I wonder if this is the problem. Is there a way to revert back to earlier software versions? Any other things I could try? Thanks for any advice.
Well I think that's still in the US. The only thing that comes to mind is that something went wrong when you created your Roku account. When you go to https://my.roku.com or https://channelstore.roku.com/ there may be a "Language Selector" displayed at the bottom of the page. Is it set to something other than US?
Where are you located? Not all channels are available in all regions.
I live in Portland, Oregon USA

Thank you renojim! You helped solved my problem. I lived in Canada temporarily until 2018 where I set up my Roku account. When activating my new Roku devices, it must either be that my account was already associated with Canada, or that the activation link went through roku.ca. I solved the issue by disconnecting the devices from my account, then reactivating them with a new account,
