More4 only playing a few minutes

I have more4 loaded on roku express it plays a few minutes then returns to th more4 start page so unable to play a full programme

I was unable to locate an app called "More4", though I was able to locate "All 4" which seems to cover it.

You didnt mention your Roku model # or firmware version (Settings/System/About) or app version (highlight the app and press Options (*) on the remote).

Could be caused by several things, but reinstall the app first:

1) Remove the All 4 app (Highlight the app, press the Options (*) button on the remote, then Remove)

2) RESTART the Roku (Settings/System/System restart/Restart) <-- MUST DO THIS HERE!!!

3) Re-install the All 4 app

(If you dont restart after removal, settings/cached data associated with the app are left behind and it wont be a clean re-install)

Hi did all that still the same problem

Watching live Tv is fine it is the catchup on that channel that after a few minutes it returns to the all4 home screen

Known solutions/workarounds for apps not loading/closing to Home:

1) Check for updates: Settings/System/System updates/Check now - try again

2) Change your Theme to the Roku Default: Settings/Theme/Restore default theme - try again

3) Change your Screensaver to a Roku clock: Settings/Theme/Screensavers - try again

4) Remove SD card (if installed) - try again

5) Network connection reset: Settings/System/Advanced system settings/Network connection reset - try again

6) Completely unplug power from Roku for 10-15 minutes - try again

7) Factory reset: Settings/System/Advanced system settings/Factory reset <--- last resort
