Missing Episodes— Sundance Now

Hi there!

i purchased the #Sundance Now subscription primarily to watch A Discovery Of Witches all day, every day (I’m weird like this)

Suddenly, half the episodes are missing. I have 1, 3, 6, and 8. 

This is on a Roku TV, if that matters, but the episodes are missing on the Roku app on my phone. This tells me it is an account or system issue, not a TV issue. No response from customer service... any help? Thanks!

For more information about that channel's content and functionality, you'll want to contact Sundance Now support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
