Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
When I do a web search for Ministra, I see a player for Apple and Android devices. It's entirely possible that the company that provides the app has stopped supporting Roku. Your concerns about that need to be directed at that company, not Roku. If a provider decides to drop Roku support, there's nothing Roku can do about it.

As Ministra player is essentially a shell to access illegal IPTV service providers, it does not surprise me that Roku pulled it. If anyone got a Roku in order to access pirated TV services then i'm sorry, you will have to go elsewhere.
This is the response i got from there support team regarding ministra player.
