I pay for cable each month through Midcontinent Communications (midco). Why is this company not listed as a cable provider? I am new to Roku and I am a bit disappointed that I can't watch things that I hoped to watch due to this issue. Please add Midco to your list of providers!!

Whatever channel you're attempting to authenticate via MidContinent, they are the ones you need to contact about adding them as a provider. Roku doesn't develop those channels, and has nothing to do with the provider authentication used by 3rd party channels.
