Micro SD Chip: Which Model Remote / Roku?

I keep seeing message to add and use a Micro SD Chip to eliminate loading issues.

I have Roku 3, Model 4200x, and a recently new remote, RC68.

How and where do I install the 32GB Micro SD chip i recently purchased to "solve" my loading issues?

The slot is probably hidden by the HDMI cable.  A 32GB card may not work (smaller is better).  Insert it with the power on and the Roku sitting on the Home Screen.
