Met Opera on Demand

Jump to solution

I just installed the Met Opera on Demand streaming channel.  The site offers the options "START FREE TRIAL"  and "Log In".  "Log In" it instructs me to go to www.metopera.org/activate.  At that site it instructs me to "Activate Met Opera on Demand".  Clicking on that results in a page that says "403-Forbidden: Access is denied.  You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied".  Please provide help if you can.  Thanks.

@rmarkbinderman

Thanks for the inquiry here. I tried visiting that site, and was redirected to this URL: https://www.metopera.org/season/on-demand/app-login

I'd recommend giving that a try, or try using a different internet browser to access their site,

If you still need further help or more information about that channel's functionality and authentication, you'll want to contact Met Opera on Demand support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

You can reach Met Opera on Demand support here: https://www.metopera.org/season/on-demand/Learn-More/

Thanks,
Danny
