Membership could not be verified

I have a subscription with Adam & Eve TV. It works fine on the internet and I have had their customer service check and everything is ok on their end. From my Roku stick I get this message: Membership could not be verified. Membership is inactive. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing.

Any idea on what I can do to solve this problem?
