Marquee won't work

I'm in Indiana and downloaded marquee to watch the cubs. I keep getting a "requested content is restricted". Why?

Marquee, like many cable-type channels, has a "TV Anywhere" streaming app that can be installed on streaming devices like Roku which will grant you access only if you can log in with credentials from a paid TV provider (cable/satellite/streaming channel) that carries Marquee to which you subscribe.  This tv provider subscription is how they get paid. 

Marquee has no provisions for purchasing directly from Marquee that I can find.
