Most likely, Marquee only wants their network on a device or TV when it is included with other channels, so people pay for it, even if they never watch it. That is why all of the deals mentioned so far are part of cable/satellite or paid streaming services. I still find it very unlikely there will be a standalone app for Marquee on ANY platform. By standalone, I mean without being tied to some other service (similar to many TV network apps.)
