I paid for a commercial free version of Mah Jongg, but on my other television it shows commercials. I thought the one price covered both tv's. How do I fix this or get a proper response on what to do about it?
Are both TVs linked to the same account? Are the email addresses it shows under Settings->System->About the same? What version of Mah Jongg is shown on each TV if you highlight the channel on the home screen and press the * button on your remote?
