Hello, Please help
My MUTV subscription auto renewed and the money was taken from my account. However when I try to access I am met with "Please Subscribe" I have missed nearly 2 months now. I am paid up until Jan 2021 and have cancelled the renewal from that point onward until this is resolved.
I had/have a case open? (3349122) No offence, but they are very slow to respond and don't seem to understand the situation.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more and sign into your account.
If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to MUTV directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the MUTV channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.

Hi Jeff,
on 5/10/20 I also was no longer recognised even though subscribed. Whilst searching for answers I came across how you'd be in the same boat. I noticed your problem happened back in March. Did you manage to get it working again and if so could you kindly let me know how it was done?

My issue was that Roku renewed my subscription, but MUTV didn't recognize it. I was pissed that I had paid for something and not being able to view it. I cancelled and Roku refunded me. My intent was to re-subscribe through the MUTV website and skip Roku.. But all this **bleep** happened and it didn't seem like we would see footie again so I never got to it.
Sorry I don't really have a fix, but cancel and deal with MUTV direct is my advice
