MLB app only shows 'locked' games

Hi,

Subject: MLB games locked out, even though my credit card was billed
on 2/26/21 for $58 for 'yearly' subscription.

I have already contacted MLB customer support and they said to contact
Roku, since I subscribed to MLB through their app.

The only game I can access is the 'free game of the day'. All other games
are locked out, and only offer recap/condensed option.

Other apps like Netflix, Amazon, etc, work fine.

Do I have a subscription or not? What was the $58 for?

The Roku app shows me as logged in. I have logged out, logged back

in, which made no difference.

Thanks for the post.

Could you confirm to us that you see a subscription when you check your Roku account online? Here are the steps you can follow:

  1. Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone.
  2. If prompted, sign in to your Roku account. If you have trouble logging in, learn how to recover your login details.
  3. Scroll down and select Manage your subscriptions.

After selecting MLB channel on the Roku, and then Options *. 

I do not see 'manage subscriptions' anywhere. Just Move channel, Remove channel,

Check for updates, Give us feedback. I guess I'm wondering about the bill on the

Credit card on 2/26/21 for MLBTV YEARLY 866 800 1275 NY for $58.10.

Please be noted that subscriptions purchased/billed directly from a service provider or otherwise purchased outside the Channel Store or The Roku Channel will not appear on the Manage subscriptions page.

In this case, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team to assist you further and ask for additional information to check the charge. Please contact them directly at https://support.roku.com/contactus. Choose the option from the drop-down menu for "Questions about my account or billing," and you'll be able to send an email request there.
