Loosing channels

My Plex and Prime channels seem to delete themselves.  I have reinstalled them several time and they work for awhile but then the channels disappear.

Roku devices linked to a single user account puts the same channels on all devices. Remove a channel from one, and it's removed from all. So that's one possibility. Another might be someone is pranking you with the Roku app on a phone and removing the channels with the app.

The app doesn't require any specific access. So if someone is on your network with the app, it could be done without your knowledge or approval. There is no password control for the app.

There are only 2 people who have access to my network and I'm the only one who has the app loaded on a device. So unless someone has hacked my network and removing channels is the only thing they have done over the last 2 months then I doubt this is the case.  But it was worth checking out!  Thanks for your reply.
