I just subscribed to CuriosityStream/CuriosityStream 4K Annual. I am trying to login to the channel. I am typing my email and hitting Continue, then I input my password and get Authentication failed. Any thoughts, as I have already contacted Curiosity Stream and they state that this issue should be handled through Roku??
