Logging Out Service Provider on Channels within a Roku I No Longer Have Access To

Hi!  I used my TV provider to log into some channels on my ex's TV so I could watch my shows at their house.  How do I log them out remotely so that they aren't using my service anymore?  I don't have access to their TV to remove the channels or log out directly.   Thanks in advance.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Find the device. Click Unlink.

Upon next use, the Roku will need to go through initial setup, and install apps from scratch. They won't be logged in.

Or...

Quit being petty. And yes, I've been there. That's my personal conclusion, which you didn't ask. But it's something I wish I had learned a lot earlier.
