Tried to sign to sign in to a channel and the sign in or password is not recognized. Several attempts to recover password and double checked sign on account. All attempts failed. Very disappointed in product as this was one of the specific channels that was a big deciding factor in the purchase of the ROKU product. If this is not resolved soon. I will be returning product and requesting a full refund.
Each channel creates, provides, and maintains its own app to stream their channel to the Roku, as well as deciding and programming its features, including channel logins and authentication. Roku only provides the platform on which the 3rd party channel apps run. You should direct your questions and concerns to the {unnamed) channel as they are the only ones that can address your issue. (Exceptions are the two channels provided by Roku, The Roku Channel and Roku Media Player. For these you should contact Roku.)
