Locked Channels On Global TV App

Installed the global TV app. Went to the website it said on sign in and put in the code provided. I pay for history channel/food netowork etc but on the TV it says I am only able to get Global TV and Global News. All other channels are locked. I don't understand why since I pay for these channels through cable.

If I go to the history network to sign in it just takes me to the Global website. Does anyone know how I can get these channels to be unlocked?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
