It sounds like you're saying you can't add the app to your Roku device. If that's what you're saying, we need to confirm two things: 1) you are in the U.S. and 2) your Roku device is supported by the app. Some really old devices may not load the app. Which Roku model do you have? You can find the model number at Settings > System > About
