Local sports channels on roku/sling

hello: We have roku..we also have spectrum cable service (in which we are ending our subscription with) because we just got an external HD antenna to pair up with sling. From what I am reading there are no free apps so I can watch my local sports teams which would be the Milwaukee brewers/bucks. Are there any free apps for this through roku or sling for that matter?  Bally, which carries these teams on spectrum, require to and a cable service

There's no way to watch the major sports leagues for free other than what you can get via that antenna.
