Live TV Options in live tv is blank

Setting up a frequently used channel list. Under "Live TV" / "Options" / "Manage channels" option is blank -  will not accept any input. No other options are available with this particular option.  Is this feature available on my Roku 4800 2020?

Thanks for the post can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are experiencing? Can you provide screenshots of how you are accessing what you are doing so we can better understand the issue?
