Lifetime movie channel

I signed up for the lifetime movie channel and my email and everything else is entered. It's saying that it's not in the database

For more information about that channel's authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact Lifetime support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
