Lifetime live TV

My lifetime app is connected to cable, but All of a sudden can’t connect to live tv. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling. Any other suggestions?

Hi,

Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.

It's possible there may be an issue within the channel itself that the service provider will need to investigate.

When you remove the channel, make sure to restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add channel back once more.

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Lifetime directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.

I am having a similar issue. Watching live tv on lifetime & it it keeps "loading" every 2-5 minutes. Streams fine on my phone though. How do we contact lifetime about the problem? #LifetimeApp

Lifetime app malfunctioning

We are experiencing a similar problem. If we select Live TV in the Lifetime app, we get kicked out and sent to the Roku home page. Also, some movies can be watched, but some say “User not authorized”. Prior to a few weeks ago, we had no problem watching movies.

Hi Kariza,

Thank you for your reply and advice. I did try the solution you mentioned, but it did not fix the problem. Instead of being kicked out of the app when trying to go to Live tv, I now get a message that says user not authorized. I am still getting this when trying to watch movies. 
so now I contacted Lifetime, via email, as suggested by Danny and am waiting for a reply. 
For anyone else who needed to contact Lifetime, they provide an email under the menu in the app. Under contact us, the email is help@mylifetime.com.

When I go to lifetime channel it says must re-authenticate. I don't know what to do?

Welcome to the Roku Community!

For more information about that channel's account authentication functionality, It's best to reach out directly to get the channel going on your Roku. They can resolve the error you are having with the channel login. Please be noted that Roku doesn't manage channel logins or authentication and many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
