This channel was created by a company called TVMiddleware.com. When I tried to access their web page, it failed. It's possible the company has shut down. If they're gone, there's nothing Roku can do to resolve the issue. Channel problems have to be resolved by the company that developed it.
EDIT: Ok, I found their web site. It's now at https://tvmiddleware.net/. However, their page doesn't list Roku as a supported device. It appears they've dropped Roku support completely, but haven't removed the channel from the Roku channel store.
