Latest episode of My Life is Murder on Acorn is only 5 seconds long

The latest episode is listed as 5 sec long, and stops after the opening logo. Older episodes are OK.

Re: Latest episode of My Life is Murder on Acorn is only 5 seconds long

Thanks for posting in the Roku Community, @lmpsr49.

Are all other streaming channels playing content normally? If yes and the issue is only with the channel alone and specific content, this is a good indication that there is likely an issue within that specific channel that will need to be addressed with an update from the channel publisher. Channels on Roku are created and maintained by each channel publisher. In this case, you'll want to reach out to that channel publisher directly to share your feedback.

We also recommend taking a look at the troubleshooting steps provided by our Support page here: How do I resolve audio playback issues on my Roku ...

Let us know how it goes!

Mary

Re: Latest episode of My Life is Murder on Acorn is only 5 seconds long

Not only is it the only channel with this problem, it's the only episode of this program with the problem. So you're saying that I should contact Acorn support?

Larry

Thanks for the follow-up, @lmpsr49.

We recommend contacting Acorn TV directly to follow up for more help. They’ll be able to best assist with any issues including specific channel contents and functionality inquiries. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

You can contact them here: https://support.acorn.tv/en/support/home

Please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

Regards,
Mary
