Kicking me off my streaming app.

My kids recently got a 42" Onn Roku smart tv for Christmas. I set it up and added our streaming channels to it. We like to stream Tubi, it's one of their favorites. We can watch for a few seconds and it kicks us back to the home screen. We researched the issue and have tried the powering off and back on, checking network connections as well as making sure bandwidth was switched to the off position. This all worked yesterday, but now it's doing it again. I'm unsure what the issue is.
