Keys on channels I’m subscribed to through my cable provider

out of the blue I’m not able to watch shows on channels that I’ve subscribed to through my cable provider- Spectrum. I am able to access spectrum‘s app on Roku, and appear to be logged in everywhere else. I tried deleting and reinstalling the problematic app -SciGo, but I can’t access all of the episodes of shows that I’ve been able to watch, until today. When I uninstalled the app the keys turned from red to blue, but the problem remains the same. No idea what’s going on because we are still spectrum customers and have not changed anything.

Since SciGo is subscribed through your cable provider, we suggest reaching out to Spectrum support directly to report the issue and for further help. They'll be the best ones to assist you with the content issue you're experiencing.
