Channel Issues & Questions

Whenever I watch Sling on Roku, I start watching a program, but change the channel when a commercial comes on or if there is a lull on the program itself. I check back later on it, and it shows me where I left off instead of continuing the live feed. This is very aggravating to me, especially when I'm watching sports. Do I have a defective Roku, or is this a planned feature, and if so is there any way to shutting it off...?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Sling support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
