Jasmin.TV not working

Jasmine..TV not working. It will not retrive all of the categories of the App. Only the Main category.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

I was told to contact Jasmin. TV directly to solve functionality issues, but I was not given any information as to how I am supposed to DO that.
