JW app not launching

When trying to open the JW Chanel it does not work we have tried to erase the chanel but nothing instead it takes us back to the home scqreen. Finally we restart my system and doesn't work.

When you delete a channel, you must reboot the Roku before installing it again. Did you do that step?

If so, and the channel is still not working, you need to contact whomever is responsible for that channel for support. Roku did not create it and does not offer support for specific channels other than the two they did create.
