It says unauthorized content when I press play

All is normal until I press play to play the movie. Then it says unauthorized content.

My Roku is doing the exact same thing but I haven't gotten a reply yet.

Thanks for the post.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What channel is this occurring on? Does this channel require you to have an account and subscription to access content on their channel? If so, have you tried reauthenticating your account to see if that resolves your issue?

Every channel or streaming service whether its free or that i have paid for all say unauthorized content

Can you please help. Its been going on for days. i rebooted everything. The tv, the roku device, and nothing is working

Please advise ASAP

Does the screen go blank when this occurs?  Is the message coming from your TV?
