My wife and I have been watching "It's Beautiful Now" on Kocowa on Roku and the episodes have jumped from 24 to 27. What happened to episodes 25 and 26 and how can we contact Roku to get this fixed?
You would need to contact the content provider, Kocowa, for that information. Roku doesn't control the content of the apps and services.
If Hulu doesn't carry something, you have to ask Hulu. If Netflix doesn't carry something, you'd have to ask Netflix. And, if Kocowa doesn't carry something, you'd have to ask Kocowa.
