Issues with HBO MAX / AT&T

hbo max  on  roku ( in my case, 2 tcl roku tvs ) has been disastrous.  freeze & disconnet. i prepaid hbo max, almost $80 eighty smackers for six months of aggravation.  calling max and politely asking for a fair & reasonable monetary solution has done nothing.

how many of us have been treated unfairly by them. paid hbo max in good faith for what ?  the time has come. any thoughts ?
